Enrolment Policy of Roksolana Art School 

Fees

Fees are paid in full upon registration and are non-transferable. Class fees are pro-rated for students who join late. Fees quoted include all materials, unless a material list is indicated. All fees are subjected to +5% GST. Returned cheques are subject to a $25.00 fee. 

Payment Plans

Payment plans can be arranged for full-year program, as well as for those who are registering in one term. Payment plans must be made through the office with cheque or cash.  

Discounts

1. Students taking classes twice a week are eligible for a 5% discount.
2. We are happy to offer a 5% family discount on full tuition when two or more members of the family join Roksolana Art School.
3.  5% discount for a payment in full per term.

Missed Classes

There is no make-up classes allowed for missed classes due to illness or holidays. There are no discounts, refunds or credits for classes not attended. The School reserves the right to cancel classes due to severe and extreme weather conditions. Students will be notified by phone and the School will arrange one make-up class date. Should a student not be available for the scheduled make-up class, there will be no refunds or credits issued.

Refund and Cancellation

Registrants may cancel from a program with two weeks notice in writing.  All monies paid will be refunded less a non-transferable $25.00 administration fee, payment for all classes up to the date of cancellation and %5 Discount granted for full term payment.

Pick-Up/Drop-Off

Please be punctual when dropping off and picking up children since classes going one after another. In case of late drop off please be advised that the pick up time still is as scheduled.

In the event of late pick-up, a ten minute grace period will be allowed, after which a $25.00 fine will be charged.  

Publicity

The Roksolana Art School reserves the right to photograph all classes and use the pictures for publicity purposes. Should you object to the use of your photo or your child's photo in promotional materials, please inform the school's office in writing at the time of registration. 

Peanut Products

Due to severe life threatening allergies, no nut products are permitted in the School.

Visitors and Guests

Due to limited studio space, the Roksolana Art School does not allow parents, guests or visitors to observe or attend any classes. Please schedule a tour in advance through the School office.

What to Wear

We do not supply smocks. Please dress in clothing that is comfortable to work in. 

Instructor Changes

The Roksolana Art School reserves the right to make instructor changes at any time.
